HVAC Technician

Our client, an industry leader in commercial and industrial facilities, is seeking a HVAC Technician to join their team. As a HVAC Technician, you will be part of the maintenance support department supporting the operational efficiency of multiple buildings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: HVAC Technician Location: Nashville, TN Pay Range: $34/hour Shift: 8am-4:30pm What's the Job? Operate, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment including air handling units, exhaust fans, fume hoods, fan coil units, and reheat coils. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems to ensure optimal performance and comfort inside the buildings. Manage work orders using Corrigo system, perform preventative maintenance, and check system pressures and voltages. Assist with limited support on new installation projects and maintain accurate system documentation. Perform general maintenance tasks such as replacing lighting, moving equipment, and supporting vendor management. What's Needed? 2-4 years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration systems, with commercial experience preferred. EPA Universal certification required. Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge is beneficial. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
