Tax Manager

We are currently working with a rapidly growing CPA firm in Florida looking for Tax Managers to join their team in onsite roles at their Boca Raton or Miami offices. Don't live nearby? They provide a fantastic relocation package! Responsibilities Reviewing and preparing payroll, tax, and business records and reports. Reviewing and preparing corporate and individual tax returns. Building new and strengthening existing client relationships while demonstrating basic knowledge of clients' businesses. Communicating and meeting with clients as requested; providing recommendations to assist clients with financial or tax needs. What experience and skills do I need to be successful? 6+ years in a similar role within a public accounting firm. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting highly desired or equivalent work experience. Being in the public accounting industry, schedules reflect the busy season of the tax industry January through May with about 50 hours per week and the rest of the year is a typical 40 hours per week schedule.
