Your primary responsibilities will include:Conducting thorough assessments of patients to develop personalized treatment plans that address specific issues and goals.Facilitating individual therapy sessions with adults and/or children and adolescents, providing a safe and supportive space for healing and growth.Offering couples therapy aimed at strengthening relationships and improving communication skills among partners.Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation and progress notes in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Actively collaborating with colleagues to discuss treatment options, share insights, and ensure continuity of care.Engaging in continual professional development through participation in required continuing education opportunities, and staying informed about developments in the field of marriage and family therapy.Patient Population / Client FocusIn this role, you will be working with diverse patient populations, ranging from children and adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges. Our clients may come to therapy for support with interpersonal conflicts, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Your expertise in navigating the intricate dynamics of family relationships and providing tailored therapeutic interventions will be critical to their success.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field, along with a valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.A minimum of three to four years of direct clinical experience in a therapy setting, with a focus on individual and couples counseling.Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and a commitment to lifelong learning and growth in practice.Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others navigate their mental health journeys.Preferred ExperienceWhile not required, experience working with specific populations such as couples in crisis, or adolescents dealing with behavioral issues will be highly regarded. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems is an asset, as we utilize advanced technology to streamline patient care and enhance communication among management and medical staff.Compensation and BenefitsThis full-time position offers a highly competitive salary, ranging between USD 100,000 – 105,000 annually, depending on experience and productivity.
