Customer Experience Associate

Inova Retail and Specialty Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join the team. This role will be full-time Monday - Friday, variable shift. Customer Service Associate J ob Responsibilities: Ensures that all prescriptions in the Ready to Dispense work que are filled in no more than 14 days. Pulls any prescriptions in pick-up bin after 14 days and gives to pharmacist for return to stock. Completes intake forms and collects pertinent data from patients at drop-off including correct spelling of name, date of birth, allergies, and insurance information. Completes cash register transactions and appropriately balances register. Insures privacy of patient information by following HIPPA guidelines and laws. Completes daily and monthly deposit reports. Checks inventory for out-of-date products and removes expired products while maintaining an organized and up to date inventory. Orders and receives front-end inventory stock while maintaining inventory accuracy. Minimum Qualifications: Education: High School or GED.
