This role involves bench-level and shop-floor assembly of components, sub-assemblies, and completed units while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, ESD, and production requirements.Responsibilities:Read and interpret work orders, drawings, sample assemblies, and verbal instructionsAssemble electro-mechanical and electronic products according to blueprints, travelers, and build instructionsPerform mechanical and electrical assembly of components, hardware, fasteners, wiring, and sub-assembliesExecute assembly builds in a timely manner in accordance with the production scheduleWork at a bench or on the shop floor to assemble electro-mechanical assembliesCollect parts and hardware from inventory as needed and verify correct materialsReceive verbal or written instruction on priorities, schedules, and order changesSet up daily work according to production schedules or supervisor's directionUse hand and power tools, including torque-controlled electric drills, wrenches, and basic measuring devicesPerform basic functional testing on assembled products to verify operationOperate production and support equipment as required (test equipment, lift-assist devices, automated or semi-automated systems)Rotate between workstations and cross-train to support other departments or processes as neededPackage finished products by work instructions and boxing requirementsLabel all products and assemblies and complete required paperwork and production documentationMaintain a clean and organized work area and assist with general facility upkeepFollow all safety, quality, and ESD protection standards as defined by company policyParticipate in assembly training sessions, team activities, SQCDMM meetings, and continuous improvement initiativesSupport the vision, mission, strategy, and values of the companyRequirements:High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferredMechanical aptitude with experience using hand and power toolsAbility to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in EnglishAbility to read and interpret assembly drawings, work instructions, and basic schematicsBasic computer skills for completing production and traceability documentationAbility to perform basic mathematical computationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to workmanship qualityAbility to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearlyAbility to tolerate long periods of standing and/or walkingAbility to bend, stretch, reach, and climb as requiredAbility to regularly lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.Visual requirements include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to focusWork Environment – Manufacturing :Assembly and test equipmentMachinery and hand toolsChemicals (see SDS)ESD-controlled areasDust and noiseProtective clothing and equipment may be requiredUse of computers or electronic equipmentOccasional use of hand jacks or lift-assist devicesMore about Havis:Website: in Warminster, PAISO 9001 and 14001 Certified - Quality Management SystemFast growing company in a niche, growing marketplaceCompany offers Health, Dental, Vision and 401(k) Plan with employer match100% employer paid STD, LTD and Life & ADD benefitsGenerous paid time off (PTO) and holiday benefitsCompetitive pay commensurate with education, skills, and experience Havis
