Job Description: The Coach Operator is responsible for following safety protocol, schedules, pre-determined routes to transport corporate employees between various stops Duties and Responsibilities: Exceptional attendance and punctuality Accurately complete vehicle safety checks and escalate any issues Compliance with all traffic laws, and federal and state transit regulations Interact with customers and our central dispatch team and managers in a professional manner Provide excellent customer service and support to all riders, i.e., answer questions about schedules, routes, transfer points, and delays Promptly report vehicle maintenance, road and route concerns, accidents, and other traffic disruptions using two-way radios or hands-free devices Additional duties and responsibilities may apply Skills Required and Physical Demands: Use route navigation apps, and other technology, including knowledge of area to pick up and drop off our customers.
