For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits - Frontline.ResponsibilitiesPerform general maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentryComplete preventative maintenance tasks and scheduled inspectionsRespond to work orders and service requests in a timely mannerTroubleshoot and repair issues related to equipment, fixtures, and facility infrastructureMaintain and repair doors, flooring, lighting, ceilings, and other building componentsAssist with minor installations, equipment setup, and facility improvementsConduct routine facility walkthroughs to identify maintenance or safety issuesEnsure compliance with safety procedures, OSHA standards, and company policiesMaintain tools, equipment, and inventory of suppliesDocument work performed and update maintenance systems or logsSupport emergency maintenance and after-hours needs when requiredQualificationsMust have a Valid Driver's License2–4 years of general maintenance or facilities experienceBasic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systemsAbility to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs across multiple tradesStrong problem-solving and time management skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasksGood communication and customer service skillsBasic computer skills for work order systemsAbout UsABM (NYSE: ABM) is one of the world's largest providers of integrated facility, engineering, and infrastructure solutions.
