You’ll have the freedom to manage your territory, solve challenging technical problems, and become the trusted expert our customers depend on.If you enjoy working with sophisticated equipment, traveling to customer sites, and being respected for your expertise, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.What You’ll DoYou’ll be the face of our company in the field, responsible for keeping critical customer equipment operating at peak performance.Responsibilities include:Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain sophisticated medical and industrial equipment.Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and vacuum system issues.Service components including air compressors, vacuum pumps, valves, motors, sensors, regulators, and electromechanical assemblies.Perform preventive maintenance, system inspections, calibrations, and equipment upgrades.Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.Troubleshoot electrical systems using multimeters and other diagnostic tools.Complete service reports accurately and professionally.Manage your own schedule and prioritize service calls across your territory.Build lasting relationships with customers through professionalism, technical knowledge, and exceptional service.Train customers on proper equipment operation when appropriate.What We’re Looking ForWe’re not looking for someone who simply replaces parts. We’re looking for a true troubleshooter—someone who enjoys diagnosing complex issues, thinking critically, and taking ownership of every service call.The ideal candidate will have:10+ years of hands-on field service experience repairing industrial, laboratory, medical, or electromechanical equipment.Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.Experience working with air compressors, vacuum pumps, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, motors, pumps, valves, or similar industrial equipment.The ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong organizational and time-management skills.A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel regularly.Preferred ExperienceExperience in any of the following is a plus:Medical equipmentLaboratory instrumentationPackaging or converting equipmentIndustrial automationPLC troubleshootingVacuum technologyPneumatic control systemsMotion controlCalibration and precision instrumentationWhy Experienced Technicians Choose UsWe know experienced technicians have options.
