Client Concierge

Robinson & Casey, PLLC helps families access treatment for loved ones struggling with substance use disorders and mental illness. Through our work in behavioral health law, including the Florida Marchman Act, we help families navigate difficult situations and pursue lifesaving care. We are seeking a Client Concierge with hands-on experience in substance use treatment or behavioral health , ideally someone who has worked in a treatment facility as a clinician, case manager, admissions professional, discharge planner, or treatment coordinator. In this role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for families navigating the treatment process. You will help them understand next steps, address concerns, coordinate communication with our legal team, and navigate the challenges of accessing appropriate care. The ideal candidate combines knowledge of the treatment and recovery process with strong communication skills, sound judgment, and genuine empathy.
