Are you an experienced insurance professional who enjoys helping customers protect what matters most? We're looking for a motivated, relationship-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in Matthews, NC .

This is an in-office position where you'll work alongside a supportive team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and helping customers find the right insurance solutions. We prefer candidates who are already licensed and have prior insurance sales experience, but we're open to speaking with driven professionals who are eager to build a successful career in the industry.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with new and existing customers by understanding their insurance needs.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales opportunities, including leads, referrals, and prospecting activities.
• Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend personalized insurance solutions.
• Quote, bind, and issue new policies while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Cross-sell and round out accounts by identifying additional coverage opportunities.
• Follow up on leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline using agency technology and CRM tools.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Help retain clients by building trust and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with the agency team to achieve individual and agency goals.

What We're Looking For

• Active Property & Casualty license preferred .
• Previous insurance sales experience strongly preferred .
• Life & Health license is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, quoting platforms, and agency technology.
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work in-office in Matthews, NC.
