Receptionist - Weekends
Job Summary:
Midway Neurological & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and organized Receptionist to join our weekend team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, families, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a positive experience for all. Responsibilities:
Greet patients, families, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Manage and respond to phone calls, messages, and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Handle patient registration, scheduling, and billing as needed
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and files
Provide administrative support to healthcare team members as needed
Participate in weekend coverage, including evenings and weekends as scheduled
Requirements:
0 years of experience in a healthcare setting (training provided)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
