Customer Account Representative

We are seeking a Customer Account Representative to join an established team for a B2B company in loyalty and reward programs. This role involves interacting with customers, resolving any emerging problems, and providing administrative support to the sales team. This is a swing shift to support business needs. Full-time | Monday - Friday | 12pm or 1pm - 8pm or 9pm St. Petersburg, FL , 33702 (100% onsite) Starting Pay: $18/hr + great benefits (50% of medical insurance premium, retirement 3% match, PTO and more!) Responsibilities: Serve as the primary phone point of contact for customers seeking information regarding products and services. Process sales orders and ensure accuracy in pricing and product descriptions. Assist in resolving customer issues over the phone and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery. Prepare and send quotations or proposals to potential customers. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, updating CRM systems, and handling correspondence. Requirements Proven experience in a sales support role or similar customer service position. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.
