About BNB Investor Academy:

We help investors achieve cash flow with short-term rentals in 90 days or less. There is also a backend Boardroom Offer once they’ve seen some success and they have a cash-flowing property to give them additional support in maximising their income and investment opportunities within short-term rentals. We have a strong existing team of 17 of Setters, Closers, & Sales Managers, and we’re primed to scale with our next savage!

Compensation:

• Base Salary:
  • No base, although there is a $2k/mo draw for first 90 days 
• Commission:
  • First 1-5 sets $500 per set/closed
  • Sets 6-10 $600 per set/closed
  • Sets 11+ $700 per set/closed
  • Paid upon closes, doesn’t matter if payment plan or PIF
• Minimum On Track Earnings:  
  • 5 sets per day / 100 per month
  • 65% Show Rate = 65 live calls/month
  • 10% set → close ratio = 6-7 closes/mo
  • $500-700 commission per unit
  • $4,000-$6,000 commission per month whilst ramping
• Potential On Track Earnings:  
  • 5 sets per day / 100 per month
  • 75% Show Rate = 75 live calls/month
  • 15-20% set → close ratio = 11-15 closes/mo
  • $500-700 commission per unit
  • $6,300-$8,700 commission per month
• Timezone/Working Hrs: 
  • This is a full time, 8 hours / day position with breaks. 
    • 8am-5pm US Timezone

Intentional Support - Full access to daily Sales Team Trainings & Huddles, as well as 1on1 access to a seasoned Setter Manager, supporting you as you grow within the role

Why are we Hiring?

We’re hiring a seasoned, polished Setter who knows how to move revenue, understands HT frameworks/sales processes, not just booking anyone on the calendar

Right now we’re at $600k per month. The target is $2M per month. That kind of jump doesn’t happen with average performance. It takes someone who understands pipeline, qualification, and how to qualify prospects up properly before they ever speak to a Closer.

We're scaling up Ads, spending north of 6 figures a month and we have a lot of demand, lead flow, and pre-qualification processes in place before a prospect gets on the setter's calendar, let alone the closer calendar. 

As the first touchpoint in our Client Journey, you set the tone. You’re the filter and the standard. The long-term objective is to get 1,000 people inside our back-end Board Room Offer (Boardroom Event). Hitting that means consistently bringing in qualified buyers that meet our standards and creating enough trust and momentum so that stepping into the back-end community feels like the obvious next move.

• 150 dials/day
• 100 qualified booked calls/mo (5/day)
• 65% show rate
• 65 showed calls/mo
• Set/Close ratio above 10%
• 6-7 set closes minimum after ramping up 
• Bring in $120k-$140k/mo in revenue
• Team/Admin
  • Daily Sales Meeting
    • 11am EST Mon-Fri (1hr)
  • 1on1’s with Setter Manager (30mins)
    • Daily for first week
    • Then 1X/week after ramp
  • EOD report
  • Update projections, tracking sheets, CRM, etc
