Marketing Events Coordinator

California Bathrooms, Inc. is a leading brand in the bath remodeling industry, committed to beautifying bathrooms across San Diego with attractive, durable, and maintenance-free remodeling solutions. Our mission is to enrich the lives of the customers we serve through high-quality products and exceptional experiences.

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Events Coordinator to manage our events and trade show presence while leading a team of Brand Ambassadors.

Responsibilities Include:

Researching and identifying events and trade shows within assigned territories
Negotiating contracts with event vendors and organizers
Planning and maintaining an annual calendar of events and shows
Recruiting, hiring, training, and managing Event Demonstrators and Brand Ambassadors
Scheduling staff coverage for events and ensuring successful execution
Coordinating booth setup, display logistics, and teardown
Generating leads and scheduling Free In-Home Consultations during events
Collecting and managing contest entries and customer information
Following up with contest participants to schedule consultations
Measuring event performance and preparing detailed reports on results and ROI

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, outgoing, and professional personality
Excellent planning and organizational abilities
Ability to coach, train, and motivate team members
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Weekend availability is required
