GoWest Credit Union Association is seeking a Manager, Digital Experience & Marketing to support digital engagement, marketing campaigns, website management, sponsorship promotions, and technology-driven member experiences across our six-state region. This role plays a key part in advancing GoWest’s brand, member engagement, events, advocacy efforts, and strategic partnerships.

We offer a smart working environment with location flexibility. While the role may be performed remotely, candidates must reside in and be a constituent of one of our six states (AZ, CO, ID, OR, WA & WY).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain website content, ensuring information remains accurate, timely, engaging, and aligned with organizational priorities.
• Support ongoing website enhancements that improve user experience, accessibility, and engagement.
• Assist in managing digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, marketing automation systems, and member engagement technologies.
• Develop and execute marketing deliverables associated with GoWest Solutions partner sponsorships.
• Support the execution of GoWest's social media strategy.
• Execute integrated marketing campaigns supporting GoWest programs, services, events, advocacy initiatives, and member engagement efforts.
• Build, coordinate, and manage campaigns, timelines, promotions calendars, and deliverables within marketing automation platforms.
• Identify opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence to improve content development, marketing operations, audience engagement, analytics, and organizational efficiency.
• Support digital event technologies including event applications, registration systems, attendee communications, badge printing, and engagement platform.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, technology, or a related field, along with at least two years of experience in digital marketing, communications, marketing operations, or a related area. They should bring hands-on experience with websites, email marketing, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and social media, as well as strong project management, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with AI tools, analytics platforms, sponsorship marketing, or member-based organizations is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $55,000–$75,000, depending on experience. This position is eligible for a variable pay program which has a potential 5% of base salary earnings. Employees (and dependents 50%) are covered by medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and short- and long-term disability. Employees are eligible to enroll in our 401k plan. New employees will accrue 15 days of vacation and 8 days of paid time off. In addition, employees will enjoy eleven paid holidays and two floating holidays.
