- Lead implementation and configuration of Avaya Contact Center solutions based on approved engineering designs.

- Required Technical Skills (Must Have)

- Avaya Voice / Contact Center Platforms

- Avaya Communication Manager (ACM)

- Avaya Session Manager & System Manager

- Avaya AES, CMS, Media Servers

- Call Center Engineering
