Metra in Illinois seeks a Spring Hiring - Certified Conductor to support multiple lines including Waukegan, Harvard, Crystal Lake, Elburn and Kenosha. This union role offers a $15,000 signing bonus and a guaranteed semi-monthly pay structure starting at the minimum range. Starting in Spring 2027, duties include operating as a Conductor or Assistant Conductor, performing switching, inspections, and cash fare collection.
