SonSoft Inc is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy, and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionAt least 6 years of experience with Project management and Talent management.At least 6 years of experience in CICS, COBOL, DB2 & JCL Skills.At least 3 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on Development and Maintenance projects.At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture review.• At least 3 years of experience in agile methodologies (Scrum etc.) and concepts (Daily scrum, Sprint, Release, Backlog etc.).At least 3 years of experience that aids agile team formation, coaches and guides the team to deliver as a performing unit and agile reporting.Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environmentAnalytical Skills. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentQualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
