We go beyond recruiting to act as trusted talent advisors and candidate experience champions, driving strategies that bring future leaders into the business.We are now looking for a **Principal Talent Acquisition Partner** with expertise in technical recruitment to join our Raleigh office. This role offers the chance to directly influence our success, in a fast-scaling, international environment.**The Role:**As a trusted partner to our Product & Engineering (P&E) organisation, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding both hiring managers and candidates through the full life-cycle recruitment process.You will be a strategic advisor to our leaders, bringing not only recruiting expertise but also actionable **talent insights** that influence hiring decisions and shape our overall talent strategy.You will act as the trusted partner to our hiring leaders and the main point of contact for our candidates throughout the recruitment journey. Leveraging your background in hiring top technical talent you will bring credibility and market expertise to every search.Celonis is the market leader in **Process Intelligence**, and our TA team embraces this innovation daily.
