Position Overview: This role is responsible for ensuring facilities are clean, safe, functional, and secure. Primary duties include completing tasks outlined in building work plans. Lead Custodian responsibilities also include assigning and scheduling work, assisting with problem resolution, supporting grounds maintenance, performing custodial requests from administration and faculty, and completing quality control checks as directed. Compensation: Starting salary is $17.10/hour, with a guaranteed $0.90/hour increase effective July 1, 2026, and an additional $1.25/hour increase effective July 1, 2027.
