Benefits begin at first of the following month after completing a full 30 days of employment (i.e. start date 4 January 2026, benefits initiate 1 March 2026).Pay Range Denver: $20.23 – $22.87 an hour based off experience.Shift: Monday – Friday 7:30 to 3:30Duties and Responsibilities:Assist program participants with daily living activities (e.g., hygiene, meals).Drive participants to community activities in agency vehicles.Maintain a safe, clean environment and assist with medication and gastrostomy-tube feeding.Implement Individual Service and Support Plans, document progress, and facilitate goal-oriented activities.Promote appropriate social interactions and address challenging behaviors.Adhere to trauma-informed care principles and provide a supportive environment.Participate in training, quality improvement processes, and team collaboration.Physical and Mental Demands:Requires sitting, standing, bending, and reaching in providing support to program participants with a variety of mobility challenges and program participant personal care assistance.May require the ability to lift 50 lbs. in lifting and transferring program participants.Requires normal range of vision and hearing for adequately supervising program participants.Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflict and make effective decisions under pressure.Must be mentally adaptable and flexible in dealing with a variety of program participants with challenging behaviors.Push wheelchairs.Emotional stability and personal maturity are important attributes in this position.This role combines hands-on support with meaningful community integration, making a positive impact daily.Position to remain open until filled. #J-18808-Ljbffr
