Willow Heights Mansion is looking for an organized, creative, and customer-focused Event & Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll guide clients from their first venue tour through the successful execution of their event. You'll assist with sales, coordinate weddings and special events, collaborate with vendors and internal teams, manage event timelines and logistics, and support marketing efforts through social media and creative content. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, has exceptional attention to detail, and is excited to help create memorable celebrations for every guest. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential, as our schedule follows our events.
