Duties may include but are not limited to:Deliver external beam radiotherapy to include (3D, IMRT, SRS/SBRT)Deliver brachytherapy treatmentPerform patient simulations; preparing equipment, such as immobilization, treatment, and protection devicesReviewing patient records for accuracyActing as liaison with physician and supportive care personnelMaintaining patient records, reports, and filesMinimum of 3 years of experience and must meet 4 of the following criteria and have passed associated competencies to move from Radiation Therapist I:Criteria: Competencies/RequirementPediatric Center: Age based competencies EBRT/SimClinical Coordinator-RTT Students: Preceptor/clinical coord CompSRS/SBRT: General SRS/SBRT CompsSimulation Tech: General Sim Comp, IV Start CompTreatment Competencies: General EBRT CompAdvanced Imaging: Identify/Vision RT/iCBCT/Gated CBCT/4D CBCTBrachy Therapist: General Brachy CompSecond Licensure (CT, MRI, R): Proof of second licensureCompletion of an approved certification program prior to 2016 in lieu of Associates degree will also be considered.EducationAssociates Degree in Radiologic Technology REQUIREDCertification/LicensureARRT Certification REQUIREDExperience3 years Radiation Therapy experience REQUIREDKeywords: Talroo-Allied Heath.
