We're looking for exceptional Pilates instructors who believe movement can change lives. At New York Pilates, teaching is more than leading a class—it's creating an experience that inspires confidence, builds community, and keeps people coming back.
If you're passionate about movement, love great music, obsess over thoughtful cueing, and want to teach at one of the country's leading Pilates brands, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do- Teach New York Pilates' signature Reformer classes.
- Deliver an exceptional student experience every class.
- Build community in the studio, online, and at events.
- Teach a consistent schedule per week and support the team by subbing when needed.
- Represent New York Pilates with professionalism, energy, and authentic style.

Block schedules that support work-life balance.
Competitive Pay
$45–$100 per class. Full-time team members are also eligible for medical benefits, PTO, and a 401(k).
