Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our mission and objectives.
- Create compelling content for various platforms including social media, email newsletters, and our website.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Manage marketing campaigns from conception to execution, monitoring their effectiveness and making adjustments as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within a non-profit or educational environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to have
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software.
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing best practices.
- Knowledge of behavioural health or education sectors.
