Senior Financial Analyst

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing manufacturing company. We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst for a 3-month contract assignment based fully onsite in Ewing, NJ. This role will support the finance team with financial reporting, analysis, and data management, with a strong emphasis on Excel and accuracy in financial data. Experience with revenue-related analysis or recognition is highly preferred.Do not pass up this chance, apply quickly if your experience and skills match what is in the following description.Job Title: Financial Analyst (Contract – 3 Months)Location: Ewing, NJ (Fully Onsite)Pay Rate: $35–$38/hrPosition Overview:Key Responsibilities:Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including variance analysis (actuals vs. forecast/budget)Support revenue tracking activities, including assisting with revenue-related reporting and reconciliationsPerform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy and completenessBuild, maintain, and update financial models and reporting tools in ExcelAssist with month-end close processes, including journal entry support and financial data validationAnalyze trends in revenue, expenses, and operational performance to provide actionable insightsPartner with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure reporting accuracyIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and data integrityQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accountingStrong Excel skills required (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis)Experience with revenue analysis or revenue recognition concepts preferredExperience with ERP systems or financial reporting tools is a plusStrong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAdditional Details:3-month contract assignmentFully onsite, 5 days per week in Ewing, NJOpportunity to contribute to a high-impact finance team in a collaborative environmentBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
