POSITION SUMMARY

The Retail Associateis responsible forproviding excellent customerservice,while selling merchandise.The Retail Associate will contribute to the customer experience, ensuring each customer leaves satisfied. Seasonal full-time and part-time positions available through out our retail portfolio. This role is compensated at $20.00/hour. Recruitment for this role will be ongoing through December.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Assistthe customer in finding the right product for their needs anddesires Accurately and efficiently completing customer transactions Accurate cash handling and computer procedures Merchandising the store as directed by manager,supervisororlead Answer the telephone according to Stratton’s telephonestandard Follow daily opening & closing procedures for yourlocation Participate in all retail/rental & corporate trainingprograms Know the product and services offered in your location as well as other Retail/Rental locations and the Resort as awhole Continually exceed our guests’ expectations and create memories for both guests &employees QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE,SKILLAND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS Must be 16+ years of age Previousretail, or customer service experience, preferred Strong computer literacy Self-motivated Strong communication, and organizationalskills
