Pay & Benefits

• Pay package: Base salary between $489,000 - $543,000 annually

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care at a reputable cancer center
• Support rural communities by traveling approximately six days per month to clinics in Lamar and Trinidad, CO
• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, social workers, and APPs
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical growth activities
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient documentation and care coordination
• Engage in limited call responsibilities within a supportive team environment

What You Need
Required:

• Medical License in Colorado or eligibility for licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
• Willingness to travel to rural outreach clinics (~6 days/month)
• Passion for rural and underserved community care

Preferred:

• Prior outpatient oncology experience
• Collaborative, patient-centered approach
