Permanent Physician - Gynecology Oncology
Position Type: Permanent
Specialty: Physician - Gynecology Oncology
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult patients
Setting: Primarily Outpatient
Responsibilities: Provide gynecologic oncology care, perform surgeries, participate in clinical trials and research opportunities, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and share 1:2 call coverage for specialty consults.
Required Procedures: Gynecologic oncology surgical procedures utilizing the da Vinci XI Surgical System
EMR System: EPIC
Support Staff: 1 Nurse Practitioner, Nurses, Dedicated Gyn Oncology Nurse Navigator, GYN-specialized Radiation Oncologist, GYN-specialized Pathologists, and Ancillary Support Staff
On-Call/Weekends: Shared 1:2 call; weekends only while on call
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN and Gynecological Oncology
- Fellowship-trained in Gynecological Oncology (to be completed prior to start)
- Active Colorado License (or willing to obtain)
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days)
