Pay Rate $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule Tue: 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM Wed: 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM How This Role Works Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by following site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor entry and exit points, check credentials, issue visitor access in accordance with location policies, and help to deter unauthorized access to the facility. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and document security‑related concerns and activities in required reports. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the warehouse, shipping and receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter, observing for unusual activity and reporting maintenance and security‑related issues. Support screening and access control processes for deliveries, trailers, and vendor traffic, while communicating clearly with site contacts regarding post orders and security‑related procedures. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required. At this site there are limited on‑site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
