General Manager – Beef ‘O’ Brady’s (Champaign Location)
Come join a winning team! Beef ‘O’ Brady’s Family Sports Pub & Arcade is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Champaign location. We are an award-winning, family-friendly sports restaurant known for great food, great sports, and a welcoming environment where guests feel like part of the family.

What You’ll Do
Our General Manager leads the restaurant by:
Recruiting, developing, and retaining outstanding team members
Delivering exceptional guest experiences and high-quality food
Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Ensuring compliance with all food safety and responsible alcohol service standards
Driving sales growth and community engagement
Managing labor, food costs, and operational budgets
Achieving or exceeding financial performance goals
Qualifications
Eligible to work in the United States
Minimum 2 years of management experience in a full-service casual dining restaurant
21 years of age or older

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 60 pounds

Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to heat and equipment
Food Manager Certification required (or ability to obtain)
