And we are growing rapidly. Your role as a Warehouse Supervisor Directly supervise Warehouse Department employees in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; schedule and manage overtime; appraise performance; discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems. Maintain accurate inventory records for all incoming items, whether received on the floor or from outside vendors. Manage housekeeping in the dock area. Ensure all product quality and safety processes are followed consistently, promoting a safe work environment. Follow all safety and policy procedures as set forth by NewCold. SCHEDULE: This position requires flexibility, with potential assistance on other shifts as needed. Travel: Some travel. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 3 years of warehouse supervisor work experience with direct reports. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and report analysis. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Travel: Some travel may be required to attend training classes.
