Full job description

We are seeking a full-time Treatment/Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The practice in South San Jose has been around for 45 years with a loyal patient base. The owner dentist performs most procedures in house. Big potential for incentive/rewards!

Responsibilities (Not limited to):

- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments

- Answer phone calls and inquiries from patients and potential new patients.

-Vast understanding of Insurance verification and accurate input into Dentrix

- Treatment presentation and follow-ups, provide information and guidance to patients about their treatment plans

- Assist in financing for patients treatment

-help meet monthly goals

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records - Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth workflow and patient satisfaction

Qualifications:

2+ Years of Front desk, Dental Experience required

Knowledge of Dentrix

Requirements:

- Experience working in a dental office setting is preferred

- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures

-Experience in treatment planning implant cases

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficiency in using Dentrix , electronic communication and attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work well under pressure will contribute to the overall success of your position.

- being fluent in second language Chinese or Spanish is preferred.

- be open to working three Saturdays a month.

Schedule:

* Tuesday to Friday, 9am-6pm

2-3 Saturdays a month

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
