Rinker Design Associates, LLC (RDA) in Glen Allen, Virginia, is seeking a Land Development Engineer to join our civil/municipal team. The ideal candidate has 2–8 years of land development/site-civil experience and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D is required; PE license or EIT pursuing PE within 1 year is preferred.
