The Proximity Marketer (Canvasser) is responsible for generating leads through door-to-door canvassing and direct homeowner engagement. This role serves as a critical part of the lead generation process and represents the Renewal by Andersen brand in the community while learning valuable skills in marketing, communication, and sales.

Primary Responsibilities

• Generate leads through active canvassing
• Engage homeowners in face-to-face conversations
• Build rapport and establish trust with potential customers
• Represent the brand professionally
• Follow company policies and marketing procedures
• Communicate regularly with management and team members

Duties & Expectations

• Gather at the office before heading into assigned territories
• Proactively approach homeowners and start conversations
• Set qualified leads and appointments
• Meet KPIs established by the Proximity Manager
• Follow all safety standards
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct
• Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to walk extended distances and remain on feet for long periods
• Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or similar fields preferred
