Pediatrics Surgical RN -- Dallas TX – Salary up to $113k, $7500 Sign On Bonus! Job Type Full-Time Regular Department Pediatrics Responsibilities The Pediatric Medical Registered Nurse is responsible for planning and providing individual goal directednursing care that promotes, advocates for, and strives to protect thehealth, safety and rights of the individual, family and community. The Pediatric RN possesses knowledge of the principles of growth anddevelopment and the particular skills necessary to provide optimumpatient care to the population for which he or she is employed. The Pediatric RN is accountable for their practice and care coordination. The Pediatric RN is expected to practice autonomously utilizing evidence basedpractices. Education BSN required within 24 months of hire License/Certification RN license in the State of Texas or valid compact license Current American Heart Association BLS provider PALS required within 6 months of hire Experience They must have at a minimum 1 yearacute care in the last 3 years, Peds exp preferred.
