Occupational Therapy Assistant – Ridgeview Post Acute Rehabilitation (PRN COTA Needed) Ridgeview Post Acute in Commerce City, CO, is a skilled nursing facility that offers long‑term care and post‑acute rehabilitation services. We are looking for an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders. Flexible scheduling and vacation coverage are available. Responsibilities Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions under the supervision and direction of an Occupational Therapist. Administer procedures such as ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and the use of supportive and assistive devices. Assess patient progress and communicate with supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments accordingly in the clinical record. Report effectiveness of treatment outcomes to the supervising Occupational Therapist. Participate in CEU classes offered to the therapy team when required. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Current and active state license/registration where applicable. Pay $25–$37 per hour.
