Internet Sales Representative

About the Role:

S & S Service Center Inc is looking for a driven and personable Internet Sales professional to join our team in Woodbridge, VA! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for online customers, turning digital inquiries into real connections and closed deals. Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to internet leads, emails, and online inquiries to engage potential customers
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial online contact to final purchase
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text to nurture relationships and drive conversions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in CRM software
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments and showroom visits
• Monitor and manage online listings, pricing, and inventory updates
• Meet or exceed monthly internet sales quotas and performance metrics

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, internet sales, or customer service preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with CRM platforms, email, and digital communication tools
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive, professional demeanor
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online sales platforms
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bi-lingual Spanish speaker preferred but not mandatory
• MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS
