Role Overview Labor & Delivery Float pool. Support patients and families at Poudre Valley Hospital, Medical Center of the Rockies, and Greeley Hospital. Responsibilities Provide top‑of‑scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process. Value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes. Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence‑based practice. Model proficiency through precepting new staff and support UCHealth initiatives. Contribute to safe, quality care at the point of care. Assist in the Women’s Care and Infants area, including Mother/Baby, Labor & Delivery‑Birth Center, Women’s Care, and NICU units. Apply WHONN and AACN practice standards and certifications such as RNC‑OB, C‑EFM, NRP, and CCRN to guide evidence‑based care models. Qualifications Current CO RN license or equivalent eNLC privileges. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience. ACLS and NRP certifications. BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross – CPR for Professional Rescuer with a valid card on hand before the start date.
