You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

• Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
• Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
• Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
• Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market
• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale

• Meet with motivated buyers and guide them through the full home-buying process
• Help clients with home search, financing, and closing coordination
• Maintain consistent follow-up using our CRM and lead systems
• Convert leads into closed transactions through strong communication
• Deliver a high-level client experience that generates referrals
• Host open houses and convert attendees into active buyers
• Manage your pipeline, calendar, and appointments efficiently
• Participate in weekly sales training and team coaching

• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
• 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
• Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry
• Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
• Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success

• Active Georgia Real Estate License (required)
• Full-time commitment to real estate sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems
