This position is entirely remote, aligning with our mission to provide immediate support to clients in distress while ensuring our team members enjoy a flexible work-life balance. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a structured yet balanced workday.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution, demonstrating a solid academic foundation in psychological counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $95,000 annually, with opportunities for salary adjustments as your skills and contributions grow within the organization. In addition, successful candidates will receive a generous sign-on bonus to support their onboarding process.
