Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home health experience
• Experience completing OASIS assessments when appropriate
• Experience with Kinser documentation system

Assignment Details

• Minimum of 6 patients per day
• Coverage area remains within a 30-mile radius
