Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist

Location: Milwaukee, WI 53216

Duration: 3+ Months (Temp-to-Hire) OR DH

Pay rate: $23/hrs. On W2

Shift: 7:00AM-3:30PM

What You'll Do:

• Operate a forklift to move, stage, and organize incoming and outgoing materials
• Conduct cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure clean, organized, and compliant storage areas
• Enforce inventory compliance with FRA, OSHA, and company policies

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of inventory or materials control experience in a warehouse or industrial setting
• 3+ years of forklift operation experience in a warehouse or industrial setting
• Familiarity with SAP preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Forklift certification or the ability to become certified

Physical and Other Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Frequently required to stand, walk and operate a sit-down forklift
• Occasionally required to kneel, stoop, or climb
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
