Nurse Practitioner

Our growing dual-diagnosis behavioral health treatment center in West Tucson is seeking a compassionate and experienced dual-certified Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP/FNP) to join our clinical team full-time. This provider will work with adult clients receiving treatment for both mental health and substance use disorders in a supportive and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in behavioral health and substance abuse treatment settings, strong psychiatric assessment skills, and experience prescribing medications for co-occurring disorders, including MAT when appropriate. Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and follow-up appointments Diagnose and treat clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications and treatment plans Provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT) when clinically appropriate Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, medical providers, and clinical leadership Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EMR Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner license in applicable state Dual certification as PMHNP and FNP required DEA license in good standing Experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, detox, residential, PHP, or inpatient settings preferred MAT prescribing experience strongly preferred Strong communication, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team Schedule & Benefits Full-time position Flexible scheduling options available Competitive compensation package Health, dental, and vision insurance PTO and paid holidays Supportive team environment Opportunity for professional growth within a growing organization Qualified candidates passionate about helping individuals recover from mental health and substance use disorders are encouraged to apply.
