Position: Account Manager (Marketing)

How does this role contribute? Account Managers are the face of Farotech to our clients. Our service-focused approach to client relationships is the backbone of our business and a significant driver behind our success! Account Management responsibilities include executing projects on time, within budget, and within scope. Account Managers should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis. Candidates should be outgoing, well-spoken, professional, and personable. To succeed in this role, an Account Manager will need to forge strong relationships with our clients, pay close attention to details, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and master a variety of software platforms. Familiarity with digital marketing, WordPress, HubSpot, SEO, and HTML email is an enormous advantage.

Location: Farotech offers a flexible working environment, where most days the Account Manager can choose to work from a home office OR work from our Farotech corporate office in Horsham, PA. Anticipate one to three (1-3) in-person days per month. Training period would be a hybrid of in-office and virtual/remote for the first 60-90 days (approximately 2-5 days in person). Candidates would ideally live within one (1) hour of Horsham, PA.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

• Manage a publishing schedule for multiple clients.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget.
• Manage and monitor changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Build trusted, working relationships with our clients' point of contact.
• Achieve a full understanding of HubSpot inbound marketing program.
• Use analytics and data-driven conclusions to create dynamic marketing campaigns for our clients.
• Learn, implement and improve upon already established internal processes.
• Regularly use approved AI tools and AI-enabled workflows to support research, analysis, communication, project management, and other aspects of client work. 
• Apply professional judgement when reviewing and using AI-generated information or content and follow established company policies regarding confidentiality, data security, accuracy, and responsible AI use.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Become an “expert” in multiple industries based on client needs.
• Ability to manage time and calendars to accommodate various client needs, internal communications, and ongoing/fluid projects.

• Strong, nuanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with clients professionally, tactfully, and with a customer-service mindset.
• Extensive computer experience with spreadsheet and reporting software.
• Experience executing inbound marketing campaigns.
• Conflict resolution/ solution-finding and communication skills are essential.
• Must be able to multitask in a rapidly changing environment.
• Must be able to manage time well while juggling multiple client needs.
• Working knowledge of applicable software programs.
• Ability to quickly learn and master new forms of software.
• Comfort with and openness to the regular use of AI tools, AI agents, automation, and emerging technologies in the workplace.
• Basic knowledge of web development.
• Experience delegating work and communicating effectively with remote teams.

Education and Experience:

Essential:

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or related field 
• 3-4 years experience in Digital Marketing, inbound marketing, or marketing project management

Nice to Have:

• 1-2 years marketing agency experience
• Google Analytics, Google Ads, and HubSpot Inbound Certification
• Certifications in business management, business software, and strategic development
