Product Manager - Personal Lines

What You’ll Do: Manage the full product lifecycle for Personal Lines products, from research to implementation to ongoing maintenance. Develop new products and oversee existing lines (Condo, Rental, Dwelling, Homeowners) across assigned states. Conduct market and competitor research, analyze trends, and provide insights to leadership. Recommend pricing updates using loss data, market conditions, and competitor analysis. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; manage filings with Departments of Insurance. Create and maintain product components (forms, underwriting guidelines, rates, rules, system requirements). Lead product‑related projects and collaborate with Underwriting, Compliance, Claims, IT, and other teams. Supervise, mentor, and develop staff; support training and departmental duties. Stay current on industry developments, legislation, litigation trends, and regulatory changes. What We’re Looking For: 10+ years of underwriting or forms development experience; product development preferred. 5+ years of management experience. Strong knowledge of data analysis and insurance regulatory processes (especially Florida ). Experience drafting policy forms and understanding litigation impacts. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Math, or related field preferred; CPCU a plus . Strong organizational, communication, and relationship‑management skills.
