Senior Director, Finance, Above Commercialization & Central Medical

Senior Director leading financial planning and analysis for Bristol Myers Squibb's above-market commercialization and central medical functions. Manages multi-billion-dollar budgets, standardizes reporting and analytics, and partners with global commercial leadership to drive business performance and resource optimization.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end budget, projection, and financial close processes with performance analysis
Lead four-person FP&A team focused on above-market capabilities in New Jersey
Partner with senior VPs across global medical, market access, commercial strategy, and AI analytics
Standardize reporting, analytics, and data-driven processes across multi-billion-dollar organization
Support leadership teams on resource allocation and portfolio prioritization decisions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
12+ years of finance experience in business planning, budgeting, and profitability analysis
Strong FP&A skills with ability to orchestrate global processes
Proven leadership and collaboration across global or regional teams
Senior stakeholder management experience and matrix organization leadership
Ability to translate strategy into operational execution
Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred

Compensation: $222,620 - $269,757 base
