\nA well-established regional general contractor with a longstanding reputation for delivering complex commercial construction projects throughout Ohio and neighboring markets. The company is investing in the continued growth of its preconstruction department and offers a collaborative environment where experienced estimators play a meaningful role in securing and delivering projects.
\n \nThe Role
\nWe're looking for a Senior Estimator capable of taking ownership of the estimating process, from early conceptual budgeting through final bid submission.
\nThis is an opportunity for someone who wants to do more than prepare estimates. You'll help develop bid strategies, coordinate estimating teams, evaluate project risk, collaborate with operations, and play an important role in winning new work.
\n \nWhat You Bring
\n- \n
- 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience, preferably with a general contractor \n
- Experience leading estimates and coordinating bid teams \n
- Strong conceptual budgeting, quantity takeoff, and scope review capabilities \n
- Understanding of subcontractor procurement, value engineering, and construction methods \n
- Ability to manage deadlines, organize competing priorities, and deliver accurate estimates \n
- Strong communication skills and comfort working alongside project teams and clients \n
