Director, Global Allergan Aesthetics Forecasting

AbbVie seeks a Director to lead financial modeling and forecasting for Allergan Aesthetics, serving as the interface between pipeline commercialization, finance, and forecasting teams. The role focuses on establishing P&L modeling standards, coordinating planning processes, and aligning methodologies across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L modeling for Allergan Aesthetics pipeline assets and business development opportunities with transparent outputs
• Partner with cross-functional teams to model development spend, timing, resources, and commercial economics
• Establish repeatable planning-cycle processes aligned with Finance deadlines across global teams
• Support harmonization of forecasting tools, templates, and methodologies with enterprise standards and AI-enabled platforms
• Lead through influence in matrix environment to align stakeholders around standards, assumptions, and timelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Data Science, or related field
• 12+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, consumer health, or life sciences finance and forecasting
• Experience establishing modeling standards and driving adoption across stakeholder groups
• Proven ability to partner effectively in complex matrix organizations with defined planning cycles
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for senior and non-finance audiences
• Experience with forecasting tools and financial modeling platforms
• Demonstrated ability to influence, challenge assumptions constructively, and solve complex problems
