Description: Collect and analyze patient data. Provide care in a 24-bed medical-surgical unit. Work alongside a diverse team of healthcare professionals. Maintain patient ratios of 1:6. Utilize a variety of medical equipment such as IV pumps, wound vacs, and EMR systems. Perform daily weights, vital signs, and intake/output monitoring. Engage in hourly rounding and bedside reporting. Conduct procedures like wound care, IV starts, and foley care. Adhere to unit guidelines and policies. Participate in scheduled rotations with required attendance on weekends and holidays. Demonstrate self-motivation and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Exhibit strong initiative in patient care activities.
